I Know Better Then To Get Between a Whore and Her Money

Ok this really rocks.

I'm a regular reader of Tiny Mix Tapes. (I'm going to blog about music sites one of these days) and this morning there was this hilarous article:

Disney Hocks Digital Music Player to Toddlers

Hey kids, still listening to Raffi on a regular, old CD player? Well get with the times, homos. You've never heard "Baby Beluga" until you've blasted it through an official Disney MP3 player. One with Timon and Pumbaa on it. Or Tinkerbell ("Sassy Pixie" scrawled under the play button). Set to hit stores by the end of the month, the Mix Stick will offer suburban kids the ability to put 60 of their favorite S Club 7 songs on a bright plastic stick the size of a pack of gum. And of course, the Mix Stick comes with your choice of classic Disney characters emblazoned hither and thither. Disney joins a growing number of companies rushing to capitalize on the popularity of the digital music format. Apple's iPod, the recognized leader in MP3 players, recently surpassed vaginal sex as the most popular thing ever.

So get out there and scour the neighborhood for discarded glass bottles and take 'em on over to the soda fountain for the deposit, kids. Just collect 1,200 and that Mix Stick is yours. Plus 400 for a couple of CDs. Or 20 for a song on iTunes. Oh yeah, and 16,000 for a basic home computer. So, get started."

Thats priceless.

Also, when I booted up iTunes this morning I noticed all the people in the library using iTunes as well. One of these people was Randy McAuley a running back for the Western Mustangs. The McAuley brothers are also singers.... see where this is going. So I boot up Randy's music and what does he have? Yeppers, his own music. I just wish I could see playcounts to see how often he listens to this stuff. I started up a few tracks to see what its like.... and yikes. I sounds like a combination of Michael Jackson and the Backstreet Boys. Nasty stuff. I wonder if the rest of the team knows what this guys up to?
