oh crapella, I almost forgot to post today, 26 straight posts in a row and I almost miss one.

Today I worked. I cleaned the lunchroom. I threatened to call the health department if they didn't get a plumber in to fix the clogged kitchen sink. Its gross, theres 2 inches of brown liquid in there, and it reeks something awful.

I'm really tired right now. Although I feel the need to say something more.

Ok, check this site out: www.metacritic.com its a culmination of all reviews on the internet and gives them a final score. It has some great year end lists. Check out the top albums for some good listening. Most likely you won't have heard of most of the bands but you should still listen to them.

Yeah, I'm talking to you

Do you know how hard it is to book a campsite

Everthing that has to go into it? What day, where you want to camp etc etc.

But I did it. So don't worry about it.

I hope everyone enjoyed the last post. I'll do more like it one day.

I wish I could write more, but have class at 8 tomorrow, and I still need to finish an essay.

So too-too

Dear Diary,

I am so saddened, however my spirits are lifted knowing that I can pour out my intermost secrets and thoughts to you without the fear of anyone else reading it.

Today was a beautiful day, the birds were chirpping, the worms were singing, the fairies were flying about. All I wanted to do was strip naked and run around on the top of UC hill. In fact maybe I'll go back in the middle of the night and do just that.

Today I fell flat on my face in front of her!!! Oh, I was sooo embarressed, I don't know if I'll be able to show my face in the Dairy Queen again! What will she think of me?

I think my underwear is riding up my butt, please excuse me dear diary as I adjust that.

Some people think that my blog is too foolish. Not serious enough. Uncomprehensabley. But what do you think dear reader? Do you like it the way it is? Or should I change my style?

Comment and tell me what you want. Then depending on what y'all say, I may change or I may not. Depends.

The Canadian fifty tracks has redemed themselves. The Barenaked Ladies' "If I Had A Million Dollars" was the second more essential track of the 20th century. I don't know what the most essential was, and frankly I don't care.

Oh, and the last post was from Margaret, so everyone comment and tell her how much you liked it. I feel dead now, should I go to bed?

I'm on a roll though.........

umm, I just spent several minutes making an elaborate picture from dots and dashes. I really need to get off this stuff.

Middle Eastern music is ....... interesting. It sounds like the killing of a cat and the birth of a donkey at the same time. Do people only like it cause they've never heard anything better, or have they sampled all the worlds music and this is what they choose to listen to?

I made a sweet lego movie, so if you'd like to watch it, you can: Now and in colour!

Ah, the wonders of modern technology. I really have to go blow my nose, so I'm going now.

Burn baby burn, take the trash to the living room, laugh at the sweetheart, you and your friend can kill it if television's aim is bad, break it, hard or die. It keeps going, you are not wrong, don't worry about it, what matters? You're having fun right? break the rules rebel, break them hard, help yourself. Make yourself at home, turn on the video games, don't bother to contact, gorge yourself, its all here for you, take your sweet time, if your confronted by it, blow it off and get paid quick. This is what its all about, and we are with you baby, take my bite as high support, take my argument as just something thats my problem, you don't need this, you need to please yourself. The dream is alive and well, and we don't want to wake up from it. Ethics, morals, spirits, breakfast cereals.

Will it one day become cool to collect old vhs tapes like it is to collect vinyl? Is there anyone out there who thinks that the video quality is better on tape then digital? If there was I'd like to meet them.

I feel like the post isn't long enough. So I'm just going to post random things. IBM is creating a spam filter. Trading numbers, the TSX is down, the DOW is down, and the NASDAQ is slipping, the dollar is up. The Marleys are back in town. Barry Bonds might miss the upcoming season. Canada leads in curling.

People will find a closet in an elementary school. There will be a childrens compostions book, and they will think it is the works of Thomas Aquinas.

You will find a talking doll with holes in its chest, like a telephone receiver. And when it tells you "I love you", you will listen more intently then you did when your own mother said that.

It'll be the age of the android, but because they haven't been invented yet, maniac people will offer their bodies, and have their limbs cut off and replaced with machines.

When you meet someone you like, you will try to think of something romantic to say. So you will say that their eyes look like the fire that comes out of the last remaining factory in town.

There will be only one lightbulb left in town and you will pay dearly to sit under it.

St Patricks day. A holiday named in honour of a man born in Scotland who went to a country whose colour at the time was Blue. Whatever....

So only on St Pats could you yell random comments at people wearing jerseys and end up having long detailed converstations about football (soccer to you North Americans) in the British Isles. Its a good thing that at least one of us knew the names of some players, or else we would have looked like total losers. Oh, it also helped that some of us were wearing jerseys, Glasgow Rangers, and the Irish jersey.

Ahh yes.

Oh yeah, its hard to hail a cab if your on Central. Just so you know.

Ha, I just got the best peice of spam in the world. For your enjoyments I quote a selection here:

"However, there is no place for the story of my life here because I have written
many parts of it already on my former trees. Now there is only something to
give you the picture how it happened that I am still alive. Perhaps some of you
still remember the basic chemistry. Just imagine a suicide guy who wanted to
kill himself as effectively as possible. He prepared for himself a mixture of
an alkali NaOH and an acid HCl. Prepared for his death, he wrote his final
letter, mixed the components and swallowed the lethal beverage. He expected to
be dead in a minute or two but nothing like that happened except that he got
infinitely thirsty and wanted to drink a whole bucket of water. This unhappy
guy was lucky because of the chemical reaction NaOH + HCl -> NaCl + H2O that
reduced the alkali with the acid to salted water. However, please do not try it
at home, because first it has to be perfectly balanced in the chemical reaction
to achieve that neutral Ph7 in the stomach."

Is that not just great, and it goes on and on and on. Anyone who wants to read the whole thing just let me know.

(I almost forgot to post today) (Wouldn't that have been horrible) (Thankfully I'm here now)

So I had all sorts of work to do for my biology 290G course, (Scientific Method) but its always like that just before we hand in our lab books. I think I got it all done though. Mind you my room is a mess now.

I have class at (8) tomorrow, so I'm (going) to go to bed (now)

To the students of calculus 081b,

On the first day of class we all walked in and choose a seat. That seat is where we would sit throughout the rest of the semester. However, lately people have taken to move around and not remain in their choosen seats. This results in confusing clear across the board, because when one person moves, everyone moves.

If you like a bit of change, do it in a class I'm not in. Calc is hard enough without the added strain of choosing a seat everytime.

Thank-you

I wonder where my Dad is, I haven't seen him for like 2 weeks. He just seemed to have disappeared one day. Interesting...

Same with my Mom, she's gone now too.

This is all kinda freaky guys.

Bowl-A-Rama on Adelaide is the best place in the world. Getto bowling. The place is like stepping back in time. Except for the big music video screens. And the bar has a take out window, how cool is that.

Yesterday I was shopping at St. Vincent De Paul. I found a couple of cool suit jackets. I think I should start wearing more suit jackets. With any type of pant too.

Well I'm on a roll, as far as posting is concerned. Whats this, my 8th day in a row?

Yesterday I went to Curry In A Hurry. I wouldn't say its the greatest curry ever, but what really made it cool, was how quickly you got it. Plus they do take-away. I think we were in and out within 25 minutes. Pretty fast for a sit down restaurant.

I'm sitting at home today. I find it interesting not to be at work on a Saturday. I did have an exam this morning so that did take up some time.

Anyone who wants to hear a really cool playlist, let me know.

Crazy,

Once again, I'm in the same room, (doesn't smell like a campfire) but someone had a book leaning on a keyboard so it was making a repetitive beeping noise.

Finally, someone made her move the book. How in the world could that girl work while the computer is making that noise?? She must be in arts.........

My head hurts, I think I need to eat something.

I have a chronic fear that my lab work will not turn out. Especially when I'm making up my one exxperiment. I don't know if what I did was right, maybe I won't get any growth. I don't want to have to do it all over again....

Transformations are extra difficult. All I'm doing is pipetting small amounts of liquid onto a petri dish, and hoping that something grows. Or in my case does grow.

Heres my experiment. Take a four plasmids, coat two of their epindorf tubes with sunscreen. Put all the tubes into a UV machine, and zap them for 1 minute and 4 minutes. Do this twice. Then transform the plasmids and plate them on petri dishes containing amp. The ones with amp resistance will grow.

The hypothesis is that sunscreen will protect the plasmids and keep them from dying. Therefore I'll see growth....

Here's hoping it works.

I'm going for an interview at Copp's Build-All on Friday morning. I sure hope I can get a job, cause right now with the hours I get at Staples, I'll not be able to afford to go back to school.

So combined with my genetics exam to study for, I now also have a math assignment due on Friday. At least I'm not like many others in my program who have three exams this weekend..... Genetics, Stats, and Cell Biology, that is a rough load.

I should quit slacking and get some work done.

The room I'm in right now smells like a campfire. Why in the world would any room smell like a campfire.

I have a whole lot of studying. Crap, a beeping noise just started. Now it just a long high pictches squeel. Its really really annoying. Please make it go away. Soon.

YEAH. NOW I NEED TO SCREAM SO YOU CAN HEAR ME OVER THE NOISE. I have a lot of studying to do for genetics. I've got over 150 pages to read and take notes on. Then a bunch of problems to solve.

Ha ha ha
Theres and old man in here who keeps looking around and scowling. I don't think he likes that noise. I wonder where its coming from??

Ok, so far no one has given me any money. Whats up with that people. Don't you want me to feel fullfilled? Uh huh. I know you do. Cause if I'm happy everybody will be happy. Right.

Also, I have really good one liners. I let you decide what to make of that.

I should have studied today. But instead I argued about the verbosity of modern philosophers. Later on I had a discussion about the price of food at grocery stores. I was right on both issues.

Yeah, wanna make something of it?
