deep fried turkey is the best thing since sliced bread. I had one tonight and it was just amazing. Not greasy at all, just very moist.

The turkey's skin cooks almost as soon as you drop it into the oil, causing its juices to remain trapped. This creates an amazing flavour.

Suprisingly it cooks really quickly too. About 2.5 minutes per pound.

I leave you with this: What activity will cause the most visits to the emergency ward this American thanksgiving? Deep frying turkeys! Apparently people get burned all the time. Or they'll cook them in their garage and blow up their car; or the whole house.

mmmm so full and stuffed, stuffed and full.....
